Smartix electronic queue supports the functionality of VIP clients. Before receiving a ticket, user logs in to the system by phone number or by bringing smart card. If he is a VIP client, e-queue ticket will be issued with priority in the queue.
VIP clients are created and edited in the back office. In addition to the standard parameters (ID, name, phone number), there is ability to set frequency of assigning increased priority in minutes, which allows to periodically increase the priority of a VIP client in the queue after a specified amount of minutes.
