Administrator’s workplace

 

Back office of Smartix electronic queue system contains a dashboard that shows status of the entire system online. Administrator sees the status of e-queue tickets and queues (including those that are in working status for a long time), as well as the status of all current managers.

Administrator can end the session of managers if one of them forgot to complete their working day, reassign e-queue tickets to other employees and navigate queues.

The functionality of the administrator allows to provide additional control over the operation of the entire system in real time, improves the quality of services and level of customer focus.
