We have implemented support for playing background music on the display in our Smartix electronic queue system. Now system owners can upload music audio files via the back office, create playlists and set the order and playback time of the files at individual displays or at all segments of the devices network.
The back office has settings that determine the volume of background music. Additionally, it supports the setting of muting music when voicing customer calls.
The modification allows creating the required audio background at service points. If necessary, the music can be replaced with any information or advertising messages. Simple centralized file upload and configuration via the back office significantly simplifies the launch of audio content for electronic queue administrators.
