The system supports registration of a client through the customer’s website for any preliminary time — Smartix electronic queue includes the ability to embed a frame in any site. The frame contains registration form with appointment for the desired time.
After successful registration user receives unique PIN code, which will need to be confirmed through e-queue ticket kiosk at place where the service will be received. As a result of confirmation of the preliminary appointment, client only has to wait for the appearance of his call at the electronic display.
Menus of e-queue kiosks for which confirmation of pre-registration is available are activated in Smartix back office. Provides the required sharing among the devices of regular clients and clients by appointment.
All applications are displayed in pre-registration section. If necessary, preliminary application can be transferred by manager to an active one and serviced right now at request.
